We also offer an H Channel Kit if you are doing multiple panels back to back and is essentially a cleaner way to do 2x J channels.

• Sizing: The length is determined by the panel model and orientation. Make sure to select the panel model you intend to mount. Standard lengths are based on the solar panels being mounted side-to-side with the longest side facing the front of the van. If your roof layout calls for the short edge of a walkable panel to be facing the front of the rack you will need a shorter length which we can provide upon request.

Installation Made Simple:

• Step 1: Attach the 'J' channel to our modular deck panels using 3M VHB double-sided tape (tape not included), establishing a strong and reliable bond that withstands the rigors of the road.
  

• Step 2: Slip your solar panel into the channel and securely mount it to the deck panels using rivnuts, bolts and our custom washers on all 4 corners (These washers are the perfect finishing touch, ensuring that your solar panels are not only secure but also optimized for maximum efficiency.). This keeps airflow from getting under the edges of the panel, providing you with peace of mind as you travel. (Do not use J channels without also securing panel corners).
