YOU MUST ENSURE THE PERSON(S) INSTALLING THE PRODUCT READ, UNDERSTAND, AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS BEFORE BEGINNING THE INSTALLATION. THE RESPONSIBILITY TO CORRECTLY INSTALL ORION VAN GEAR, LLC PRODUCTS IS YOURS AND MUST BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. THE REGULAR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

BY PURCHASING A PRODUCT FROM ORION VAN GEAR, LLC, YOU WAIVE AND RELEASE ORION VAN GEAR, ITS MEMBERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE PRODUCT. ORION VAN GEAR, LLC SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OR PERSONAL INJURIES, INCLUDING DEATH, RESULTING OR ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, SUCH AS LOSS OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS OR PROFITS.

ORION VAN GEAR, LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS OR PRODUCTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR PART, IN ORION VAN GEAR, LLC’S SOLE DISCRETION.

Refund & Return Policy

At Orion Van Gear, purchases can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are in new, resalable condition, with original packaging, hardware, and accessories. Customized, used, or mounted products are not eligible for return. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that electric/powered awning sales are final and non-refundable.

International Returns:
We do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.

Group Buy's

• The estimated date of delivery is just that - an estimate. Delays and setbacks may occur.
• We are unable to cancel or refund any order once the group buy has ended. The group buy is considered "ended" once payment has been made and we have hit the minimum threshold to activate the discounted pricing.
