These are NOT your typical flexible solar panels!  Designed with aluminum backing and ETFE laminate non-skid surface, they are engineered to be walked on without fear of damaging the solar cells. The panels are considerably lighter than rigid panels but heavier and stiffer than typical flexible panels. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders that are canceled before fulfillment will be refunded in full, minus a 3% transaction fee.*
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
    *Due to Shopify policy changes, transaction fees on all purchases made after April 16th, 2021, are non-refundable.

Refund/Return Policy:

  • Purchases made at orionvangear.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Eligibility: All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories.
    • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • International Returns: We do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Mounted or used products are not eligible for return.
