It's never been easier to add a roof deck to your adventure van! Designed specifically for the Promaster Stealth+ Roof Rack these deck brackets mount directly to the crossbars with included hardware. They are designed to be used with nominal 2x4 and 2x6 lumber so that decking will sit flush with the top edge of the Stealth+ Roof Rack. Combine them with our Stealth+ 1.4" Flush Mount Solar Brackets to create a completely flush roof profile that reduces drag and potential shading on solar panels. 

  • Dimensions: 19" Length x 2" Width x 1.5" Depth (see diagram)
  • 3 Brackets fit width-wise across a Stealth+ Roof Rack. This allows easy custom adjustments around roof accessories like fans, vents, and air conditioning units.
  • Made out of aluminum and finished w/ UV resistant black powder coating

Tips for determining how many deck brackets are needed:

  • 3x brackets stretch the full width of one Stealth+ Crossbar*
  • Brackets should be placed everywhere a crossbar supports decking material
    • Example: To create a full-width, full-length deck platform on a 159" Stealth+ Rack with no solar, no fans, and no air-conditioners you would need 5 sets of these deck brackets.

Shipping & Returns

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders that are canceled before fulfillment will be refunded in full, minus a 3% transaction fee.*
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
    *Due to Shopify policy changes, transaction fees on all purchases made after April 16th, 2021, are non-refundable.

Refund/Return Policy:

  • Purchases made at orionvangear.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Eligibility: All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories.
    • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • International Returns: We do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Mounted or used products are not eligible for return.
    • Customized items are not eligible for return.
  • If a returned product needs restoration to a new, resalable condition (e.g., repair, re-powder coating), the cost of restoration will be deducted from the refund in addition to the standard restocking fee.

  • All electric/powered awning sales are final and non-refundable.
  • All Roam Cases and accessories sales are final and non-refundable.
  • All Nomadic Innovations sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Maxxair, Scanstrut, Kanulock products must be unopened to be eligible for return.

Shipping Costs:

  • If you return an item that did not originally incur shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by Orion Van Gear will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us first: Call us at (971) 267-2552 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.
  2. Processing time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
  3. Refund confirmation: A refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
  4. Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
  5. RMA labeling: Clearly print your RMA number on the shipping label of your return.
