The rear scene light upgrade now comes with both clear and amber lens options. The Promaster Stealth+ Roof Rack is the most form-fitting and functional Promaster roof rack on the market. Each rack is proudly made in Oregon and backed by Orion's world-class customer service and a limited lifetime warranty. If you are looking for a premium roof rack that doesn't compromise, you've found it.
STEP 1: Select the wheelbase and roof height of your Promaster. (LR = Low Roof; HR = High Roof)
STEP 2: Select a crossbar/side rail color (black or silver). You can see the crossbar color through the side slots on either side. All racks are powder-coated black. Browse our image gallery and Customer Reviews below to get an idea of what each looks like.
STEP 3: Select a rear deflector option. (standard or upgraded w/ 2 flush scene lights + wiring harness)
STEP 4: Add desired Rack Accessories, including ladders, awnings, solar panels, deck brackets, solar brackets, board carriers, fans, air conditioners, power kits, lights, and more. Upon request and an additional fee, we can switch out the included 15s crossbars with 10s 2"x1" crossbars so you can use our modular Aluminum Deck Panels.
The Promaster Stealth+ Roof Rack offers durable, UV-resistant black powder-coated all-aluminum construction with fully adjustable aluminum crossbars. It ensures easy installation around accessories like Fans, AC Units, and Solar Panels, providing improved aerodynamics and privacy. When paired with Flush Solar Brackets and Flush Deck Brackets, you get a fully flush roof profile that enhances aerodynamics and provides 360-degree rooftop privacy. Add a Riser Bar Kit to add extra solar or storage over fans/ACs. External side slots allow easy access/attachment of awnings (like the Fiamma F45s), Ladders, Board Hooks/Poles, security cameras, and Lighting without drilling or removing any items from the roof. Our optional rear deflector upgrade includes 2 flush-mounted scene lights (clear and amber lenses included) + custom waterproof wiring harness angled toward the ground for security and night assistance when backing up.

Little difficult but works great
This rack, custom designed for Promaster is perfect. Easy to install with super clear video and print directions. Orion was super helpful all the way thru my build and helped me design the solar array to maximise space. I love the low profile design that allows you to securely and easily mount the panels flush with the top of the rack so they are not visible from the ground. My friend who has had panels stolen from his van roof is quite envious… He also turned me on to my EcoFlow power kit which after a couple teething issues I love. Matt was also super helpful helping me get the minor start up issues resolved. Quality products from quality people - can’t recommend Orion highly enough.

I called and told them what I needed on my roof and they set it up in solid works and got back to me with a plan, then sent out the rack and panels with every last nut, bolt and bracket needed, perfectly labeled in individual packets to complete the job. It took me about 10 hours on my own. I'm very impressed with the build quality of the rack, it is very solid and the fit and finish is excellent. Good work guys.

The reason I gave 4 stars, is because one of the packages came damaged and was missing some hardware. With that said everything else was great. Everything was labeled and separated. The material is strong. And customer service was amazing! Definitely will buy more products from this company

Learned about this product from watching expedition on prime tv. After researching the product I decided their recommendation had merit. I was not disappointed. From order to delivery everything was done quickly and professionally. Installation instructions were easy to follow and the rack was installed in two days. I was working solo. Only hiccup I had was a couple of screws were missing, not sure if I lost them or it was a packaging issue, but the Orion staff immediately sent me replacements. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a roof rack

I purchased the Promaster 136" version of the Stealth+ roof rack. It fits the Velit 2000R air conditioner, Deluxe MaxAir Fan and two 200 Watt Renogy Solar panels with no issue. I am very pleased with my purchase and it looks great!

I just recently finished installing the new rack with ladder and, the quality has been excellent. Everything fit together without any issues and installation was very easy without requiring equipment such as hoist/forklift, unlike the rack on my other Promaster.
I purchased this rack so that I would have the flexibility to configure the rack as needed for fans and solar. Thanks to its extruded aluminum design, this rack in infinitely configurable. My next big purchase will be a Fiamma f45 awning and lighting for the new rack.

I worked in a military spec industry a while ago and became used to certain fastening methods since, if for no other reason that if they didn't fall off of fighter aircraft they probably wouldn't fall off of my vehicles.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received the Promaster159 Stealth+ rack and read through the instructions, realizing that at least one engineer who designed the Stealth+ rack had a GMP if not mil spec background. Makes quite a difference for tolerances all around.
Putting the rack together was easier than expected, and as long as you didn't tighten everything fully as you went along, waiting to torque everything at the end, the final fit expertly contoured to the roof of the Promaster.
The versatility of this rack is quite understated, and if you peruse the 80/20 applications website you will see for yourself. I have been using 80/20 extrusions in my work life for decades, for scientific instrument frames, and at home for kayak and bike racks and trailers. Stealth+ would apply to any industrial application such as TV/Radio remotes, not just RVs.
I am going at my roof rack in stages, trying to combine racing kayak (21' carbon kevlar) mounts with the ability to have a partial deck, and possibly a solar panel. My wife is almost over the initial shock of such an investment for a roof rack when so many other parts of the van project need to be addressed, but she also sees how versatile the use of roof space becomes, andBill has already been able to make her own comparisons to some of our friends with other racks which she has describe as "flimsy looking". Yeah, the Stealth+ does present well and exudes "robust"!

It was just like you said. The order came. My wife and I set up the assembly operation by watching videos and reading the directions. The Roof Rack went together well and we used it right away. Funny thing on our trip to the Columbia River a gal named Jennifer flagged us down and asked if she could take a picture of our Orion rack. This company is awesome and my rack is solid! They answered all my questions with such curtesy and quick responses, even on weekends! We had a lot of fun putting this rack together. This roof rack and company is top notch. From a fast delivery (across the border to Canada), to quality materials and an ingenious build. The design is sleek, hides everything on the roof, and I get compliments on it everywhere I go. If I build another van I will definitely be getting this roof rack again.

We are very happy with our Orion Roof Rack. Putting it together was a chore. We used both the paper directions and the YouTube video to get it correct. Install was a breeze. We are very happy with the look and strength of the rack. We should have ordered an extra cross bar when we made our initial purchase but now we know. Orion is sending us another rail and the solar panel brackets which look like they are going to make the solar panel install easy.
Incase you are wondering how the Promaster tows. It gets you there but it does not compare with a truck.
Great customer service. The rack is awesome & arrived quickly. It takes some time to install but the directions are easy to follow. We wished we had added 2 extra cross bars with the original order. (Ended up ordering them after we installed which was fine.)
I just finished the install of the MaxxFan Deluxe, replacing a stock vent fan in our new Class C MH. Following the written (and online ‘how to’ videos) guidance, the install was straightforward. Most of the 3.5 hour job was spent cleaning off the old lap sealant in preparation for the new fan.
Fan works well in all functions. Thank you MaxxAir for a good product and thank you Orion for a great sales price!

So quiet. Easy to install. We received the wrong item from Orion (black interior control panel vs white) We contacted them via email and they immediately gave us several options to make it right. The fan works great and the customer service Orion provides is top notch.

Amazing product so far. Big pro is it's low draw on my jacket 600v. 4 days of use and the battery percentage is still at 70%. Convenience of the remote being able to be used from anywhere. The noise level is very low at 40-50% fan power. I chose this unit instead of maxxair because it matched my van aesthetically and it's very low profile that i'm still able to park inside my work's parking structure. The con was during installation, this unit did not come with a sleeve that bridges the gap from the headliner to the fan itself. It did not sit flush and the manual **** that pushes up the metal rod(the longest one) does not reach because of it. I have to rely on the remote. Very good purchase and it's perfect for what i use it for.
We’re glad to hear the NomadicArk fan has been working well for your setup, especially the low power draw, quiet operation, remote control, and low-profile fit for parking structures.
One note on the install: the AirPlus is designed differently than a MaxxFan and does not use or include an interior sleeve. The fan is rated for a maximum roof thickness of about 3 1/8'. By comparison, a MaxxFan 7500K includes a sleeve-style interior garnish that can accommodate a thicker roof/headliner stack, up to about 6'.
