When we first started, stainless steel 1/4-20 T-nuts didn’t exist - only zinc versions that quickly rusted on roof racks. We created the first all-stainless option for long-term durability, and have since upgraded it again with two precision self-aligning grooves that make positioning easier, faster, and more consistent. You won’t find these grooves on any other stainless 10-Series T-nuts.

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states on all products. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international destinations may have additional shipping charges calculated at checkout or quoted separately. The Orion roof rack I got from Orion for my transit mid roof 148 was a piece of cake to install. I was delighted with how easily it went together! My older son was unable to help that day but even so I got it done in about 4.5 hours. The Instructions are clear, the materials are all clearly labeled. There was no grinding, or tweaking of any kind needed! Can’t wait to get the roof panels!

I mounted the lights and I was very pleased.
Purchased a Stealth+ Roof Rack for my Ram Promaster Low Roof (one of the few options available for the Low Roof Promaster) along with a few other items. We are very pleased with the engineering, fitment and appearance of the rack. We hit a couple of install bumps along the way but were blown away by the rapid response of the Orion Team anytime we reached out to them.
