We installed 6 A deck panels on a FLVC rack for a low top sprinter. Had to drill a few holes but that wasnât all that big of a deal. They fit perfect!

Starting with adaptors, brackets, custom rails, and finishing with 2 surf poles and surf hooks. All shipped to me at home and easily installed. Fitting perfect.

Installed 3 175W walkable solar panels over the Orion Sprinter Rack and Roof Panels. Filled up the rack space perfectly with only 4"-5" of extra space. Electrical controllers not in yet so can't comment on them in use but the install looks good.
I installed the roof rack on my 2021 Ram Promaster. It was easy to install and looked incredible. Really transformed the look of my van and created an easy install for my solar. I sold that van and am now looking to build out another van and will be installing another Orion roof rack for sure!
I purchased the wheel wrap ladder. It pairs well with the stealth rack and was easy to install. Customer service was great to work with now. I have access to my solar panels and it also looks very nice so itâs a win-win.
Awesome to help climb up on the roof of the van with an inflatable mattress to hang out on top of the van to chill out and stare at the stars!
Installed the Sprinter Roof Rack and Deck Panels over the Lemans Roof vent on a 144 Sprinter. This allows enough deck space to put 3x175W walkable solar panels on top of the rack panels. Depending on the needs of each trip we can have a deck to sit on, room to store things, or a lot of solar. Very happy with the installation. Have not yet had a chance to travel with it as van build is nowhere near complete.
Rack and roof panels were very easy to install. Parts were manageable in weight and size and instructions were clear. True one person job.
Installed Lemans fan with a DIY Vans adapter to fit the channels in the roof. There was at least 1/2â clearance if it needed to be under a cross bar. Mine was just under a panel so had 1 1/2â clearance.
The 175w solar panels fill out the area on the rack which is great to maximize solar power, however, a good deal of thinking, measuring and precision was needed in mounting.
Very happy with Orionâs products, shipping times, and had great responsiveness from customer service as I was planning.
Very easy installation. Lightweight, easy to manage and clear instructions. I installed the ladder with the Orion rack and drilling holes in the rack was no problem. Ladder is very sturdy and easy to climb.
