The Le Mans Low Profile 12V Fan is a reversible roof ventilator for vehicle builds that need controlled intake and exhaust, made in the Netherlands. Its standout benefit is how low profile it is; the exterior cowl sits only 2.52 inches above the roof, helping you preserve roof space for racks, solar, or decking (compared to 9.3" inches with a Maxxair Deluxe and 3.93" inches with a Maxxair Dome). Reversible airflow supports both bringing fresh air in and exhausting air out via an included 3-way switch, and airflow intensity is controlled with an included variable speed dial. Interior closure can be either manually or electrically closed. White vents are included in this kit. These vents are different from typical RV vents in that the air closure is on the inside. The unique design of the cowl keeps moisture out. A black exterior cowl is included in this kit.

For $300 they didn't even give a panel for the switches or vent housing. I had to buy a bunch of stuff after to get it to fit the way it want. The fan does work well though, but it's just over priced and it could have came with the minimum for a easy install.
These fans are imported from the Netherlands as individual components. We bundle them into "kits" for our customers. The product page clearly lists what components are included and what components are not included. Individual installation needs can vary depending on roof thickness, vehicle type, and electrical system. A "switch panel" is not included, but the switches, snow filter, fan, and speed controller are. Most customers do not use a "switch panel" but prefer to place switches directly into the wall or a cabinet (some install the switches in the roof next to the fan, others install them on the wall). We do our best to be transparent so customers can choose the correct accessories for their specific build. We’re glad to hear the fan itself is working well, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.
I just finished the install of the MaxxFan Deluxe, replacing a stock vent fan in our new Class C MH. Following the written (and online ‘how to’ videos) guidance, the install was straightforward. Most of the 3.5 hour job was spent cleaning off the old lap sealant in preparation for the new fan.
Fan works well in all functions. Thank you MaxxAir for a good product and thank you Orion for a great sales price!

So quiet. Easy to install. We received the wrong item from Orion (black interior control panel vs white) We contacted them via email and they immediately gave us several options to make it right. The fan works great and the customer service Orion provides is top notch.
Hi Jamye, Sorry about the mix-up with the interior panel, but we're glad we could resolve it quickly. Thanks for your kind words and video! Its a slick fan!
Amazing product so far. Big pro is it's low draw on my jacket 600v. 4 days of use and the battery percentage is still at 70%. Convenience of the remote being able to be used from anywhere. The noise level is very low at 40-50% fan power. I chose this unit instead of maxxair because it matched my van aesthetically and it's very low profile that i'm still able to park inside my work's parking structure. The con was during installation, this unit did not come with a sleeve that bridges the gap from the headliner to the fan itself. It did not sit flush and the manual **** that pushes up the metal rod(the longest one) does not reach because of it. I have to rely on the remote. Very good purchase and it's perfect for what i use it for.
We’re glad to hear the NomadicArk fan has been working well for your setup, especially the low power draw, quiet operation, remote control, and low-profile fit for parking structures.
One note on the install: the AirPlus is designed differently than a MaxxFan and does not use or include an interior sleeve. The fan is rated for a maximum roof thickness of about 3 1/8'. By comparison, a MaxxFan 7500K includes a sleeve-style interior garnish that can accommodate a thicker roof/headliner stack, up to about 6'.
Thanks again for the feedback, and we’re happy it ended up being a great fit for your van.
Orion Van Gear offered the best pricing on my two new MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe fans and they arrive SO fast. The install on our our 5th wheel went exceptionally well. Thank you for the great experiences.
supper product I had been looking for a crossbar rack system for my van's roof rack for more than a year, and this is perfect I did have to enlarge the holes on the foot piece of the cross bar to 11/32 to fit my roof rack hex bolts for mounting, easy peezy
