Typically ships in 1 business day. A premium roof fan engineered specifically for camper vans (transit, sprinter, promaster), RVs, and tiny homes. Designed for serious vanlifers and travelers, this fan combines advanced brushless motor technology with smart features to deliver comfort on every journey.
The Pro Breeze also features an integrated rain-safe cover that allows you to keep the fan open and running during rain and even while driving. You get consistent ventilation without worrying about water entering your living space.
Please note: When removing an old Maxxair unit, the original flange/mounting rim may have become slightly distorted due to long-term environmental exposure. In some cases, the ProBreeze may require gentle adjustment or “wiggling” to fit snugly into the existing cutout.
*When installing on a new campervan or RV with roof ribs, you might consider a roof gasket/roof vent adapter for proper sealing. This fan has a 1-1/16 " to 3-1/8" (27–80 mm) ceiling thickness range, so the adapter thickness should also be factored in.
Orders for the ProBreeze Vent System typically ship in 1–2 business days.
Yes. ProBreeze is designed as a drop-in 14" × 14" replacement for most Maxxair roof fans. Note that older flanges or mounting rims can become distorted over time. If you are reusing an existing cutout, you may need gentle adjustment to seat the ProBreeze snugly.
The included garnish accommodates ceiling thicknesses from 27–80 mm. If your roof has ribs or you are using a gasket or adapter, include its thickness in your total stack-up for a proper seal.
At air-out mode it operates at ≤29 dB on low and ≤47 dB on high. In air-in mode it runs at ≤32 dB on low and ≤53 dB on high, delivering strong performance with low noise suitable for overnight use.
ProBreeze moves approximately 3000 m³/h, quickly refreshing cabin air even in warm conditions.
Yes. The brushless motor supports reversible operation with two-way airflow. Choose intake or exhaust across 10 speed levels for precise comfort control.
Set your preferred cabin temperature and the fan will automatically adjust speeds to maintain it. A wireless remote is included for convenient control.
The unit integrates dual 2W LED lights for efficient, soft illumination inside your van or RV.
The ProBreeze Vent System includes the fan assembly with brushless DC motor, pleated blackout blind, integrated insect screen, interior garnish, and remote control.
Brushless motors are more efficient and durable than brushed designs, draw less current for off-grid power systems, and are virtually maintenance-free.
Yes. The integrated full-time rain cover allows you to operate the fan while it is raining and even while the vehicle is moving. It keeps water out while maintaining steady airflow, so your interior stays protected and comfortable.

I just finished the install of the MaxxFan Deluxe, replacing a stock vent fan in our new Class C MH. Following the written (and online ‘how to’ videos) guidance, the install was straightforward. Most of the 3.5 hour job was spent cleaning off the old lap sealant in preparation for the new fan.
Fan works well in all functions. Thank you MaxxAir for a good product and thank you Orion for a great sales price!

So quiet. Easy to install. We received the wrong item from Orion (black interior control panel vs white) We contacted them via email and they immediately gave us several options to make it right. The fan works great and the customer service Orion provides is top notch.
Orion Van Gear offered the best pricing on my two new MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe fans and they arrive SO fast. The install on our our 5th wheel went exceptionally well. Thank you for the great experiences.
Hi Jamye, Sorry about the mix-up with the interior panel, but we're glad we could resolve it quickly. Thanks for your kind words and video! Its a slick fan!
Amazing product so far. Big pro is it's low draw on my jacket 600v. 4 days of use and the battery percentage is still at 70%. Convenience of the remote being able to be used from anywhere. The noise level is very low at 40-50% fan power. I chose this unit instead of maxxair because it matched my van aesthetically and it's very low profile that i'm still able to park inside my work's parking structure. The con was during installation, this unit did not come with a sleeve that bridges the gap from the headliner to the fan itself. It did not sit flush and the manual **** that pushes up the metal rod(the longest one) does not reach because of it. I have to rely on the remote. Very good purchase and it's perfect for what i use it for.
We’re glad to hear the NomadicArk fan has been working well for your setup, especially the low power draw, quiet operation, remote control, and low-profile fit for parking structures.
One note on the install: the AirPlus is designed differently than a MaxxFan and does not use or include an interior sleeve. The fan is rated for a maximum roof thickness of about 3 1/8'. By comparison, a MaxxFan 7500K includes a sleeve-style interior garnish that can accommodate a thicker roof/headliner stack, up to about 6'.
Thanks again for the feedback, and we’re happy it ended up being a great fit for your van.
