Orion Van Gear Flanged Button Head Socket Screws combine corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel construction with an integrated flange and compact button head profile. The flange creates a broader bearing surface beneath the screw head, helping distribute clamping force without requiring a separate washer in applications where the flange provides the needed bearing area.
Each screw uses standard 1/4-20 UNC machine threads and is fully threaded for flexible fastening across fabrication, T-slot assemblies, automotive projects, RV builds, outdoor installations, and general hardware applications. A 5/32 in internal hex socket allows installation using a common Allen key, hex bit, or driver.
The screws feature a black oxidation finish over the 316 stainless steel construction for a dark, low-profile appearance. Five length options are available from 3/8 in through 1 in. Each resealable Orion Van Gear package contains 25 screws in the selected length plus 1 matching spare, for 26 screws total.

Love it! I researched a lot before deciding on Orion. I just think their design out looks all the others. This is functional, solid, and easy install. Customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions. I didn’t build my van, I bought it already done. Solar panel and all, I was able to move the solar panel to a better location using their solar panel brackets, I’ll easily add some decking following their recommendations of what decking product to use, and be able to store items I don’t want in the van. Love supporting a local Oregon business. Would recommend them to everyone. Oh and I got the rack with the lights. Totally recommend. The install was perfect and they really light up the night!

Very nice, well built and affordable panels.
I just drove the van for the first time with the rack and 400w solar upgrade installed. At 70+ mph (eastbound) the wind noise / speech intelligibility was not degraded and may have even improved. The front fairing and its integration into the rack is a very nice design. Looks fantastic on the van. Excellent engineering! The assembly guides are well detailed and the team responds to all additional questions within 24 hours, which is outstanding support. The slightly higher premium paid for the Orion Van Gear Stealth Rack verses the completion is worth every penny. Highly recommended.
