We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states on all products. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international destinations may have additional shipping charges calculated at checkout or quoted separately. Local pickup is also available at our McMinnville, Oregon warehouse by appointment.
Most purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in new, resalable condition with original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and some items are final sale or not eligible for return. I had it all! Orion promptly answered all questions via email prior to my purchase, easing any concerns I had regarding making the correct purchase. Installation was slicker than the driveway in February. The ONE thing that added an unnecessary hour or more to the install was finding out I needed a sealant to put between the roof mount bracket and the roof to prevent damage. The instructions say to apply a particular product not easily available, yet a common RV seal nonetheless. Orion again responded quickly, yet seems it would so easy to preload this information. I used this stuff from Ace. Seems to have done the job (:

This awning is perfect for shading the side of my Promaster 1500. Easy to roll out, compact when rolled up, love the canopy color too. 10/10

Took awhile to find someone to install it - I aged out of ladder use🤪 Works great - we will enjoy it for years.
the product arrived early and was packaged very well. The awning is in perfect condition and is of top notch quality. The bracket kit arrived separately, so I had the brackets installed and ready for the awning install. Definitely a 2 man/2 ladder operation. The awning works beautifully and is a major upgrade. Also, the ordering process was awesome! Matt helped me with a lot of details prior to ordering. he wanted to make sure that I was getting the right products for my ProMaster. Great customer service!! Orion Van Gear also provided tracking info for both shipments.

So exciting the Promaster Brackets for the Fiamma 45s arrived first and then the Awning arrived. We were nervous at first because the box had some damage but after opening it all was well and protected by the excellent packing. The rigid packing pieces were used by us to make a stencil to simulate the Awning. we could lift the cardboard Stencil into position on the Van and decide where we wanted the Brackets and Awning mounted. It also allowed us to know where to drill the holes into the Awning casing as not to damage the internal mechanisms. While installing we appreciated all the quality craftsmanship that went into the Brackets and Awning. Two people, two ladders and team work is a must. Great products Orion. Thank you

Excellent awning, great quality ,appearance really nice. Operation very easy. Mounting instructions were easy to follow. It was a bit heavy, you really need 2 young people to lift into place. I'm 76 and the helper was a smaller 72 year old. I would recommend it highly!
They work very well, and appearance is nice. Quality great. Only tough part was removing my water control unit on my Winnebago Solis Promaster. Then removing the panel up front, there was a double metal wall that wouldn't allow access to the fasteners., I still used the screws but put double sided 3M tape to secure it to the wall and it works fine. Just use field exspeedincy! I would still recommend.
Absolutely love it. Installation was very ease if you have some knowledge of how to remove A/C system and headliners.
Great awning and accessories. Installation easy to do, great quality & perfect price. It was kind of hard for this 76 yr old man & 62 yr old to lift and place on the roof, but we did it!
Excellent awning and much easier than I expected to mount. I really like it, I'm 76 yrs old and a small guy about 62 yrs old picked out up and set it on the braces.
Quick shipping from Orion. The end of our (very sturdy) shipping container was damaged during shipment. Not Orion’s fault, and the awning was only slightly scuffed so we just sanded and painted. We have the Flatline Van Co low pro roof rack. There is a new video out online from AVC that helped tremendously in the installation. We love our new awning and can’t wait for some sunshine! Yay! It was worth the price to have an awning of this quality.
I have been waiting patiently for my friend to help install my awning to the stealth rack on my Pocket. We got er done today and I love it. Definitely two people to install was best. Especially with a perfectionist and taking awning on and off a few times. Easy to open and close and feels solid on rack with the brackets I also ordered. Wish it went past my sliding door a bit further. May adjust down the road. I didn’t hear any noise driving with it on either! I love the low profile and It looks really nice. I have yet to use it but I am heading to the desert for February so happy to have it on! Thank Orion for being so accommodating. Your replies back to me always prompt! Absolutely love this company!

Purchased these optional awning brackets as preferred them over those that came with the awning. Very easy install, in my case using an electric rivet tool. Can see install on Vandingo…it’s a Youtube Short.

This +13 footer arrived in great shape and after messing with install brackets required based on the roof rack chosen everything bolted up and operated beautifully. Thinking I may put another one on the other side of the van…maximum shade and comfort!
I just finished the install of the MaxxFan Deluxe, replacing a stock vent fan in our new Class C MH. Following the written (and online ‘how to’ videos) guidance, the install was straightforward. Most of the 3.5 hour job was spent cleaning off the old lap sealant in preparation for the new fan.

So quiet. Easy to install. We received the wrong item from Orion (black interior control panel vs white) We contacted them via email and they immediately gave us several options to make it right. The fan works great and the customer service Orion provides is top notch.

Amazing product so far. Big pro is it's low draw on my jacket 600v. 4 days of use and the battery percentage is still at 70%. Convenience of the remote being able to be used from anywhere. The noise level is very low at 40-50% fan power. I chose this unit instead of maxxair because it matched my van aesthetically and it's very low profile that i'm still able to park inside my work's parking structure. The con was during installation, this unit did not come with a sleeve that bridges the gap from the headliner to the fan itself. It did not sit flush and the manual **** that pushes up the metal rod(the longest one) does not reach because of it. I have to rely on the remote. Very good purchase and it's perfect for what i use it for.
We’re glad to hear the NomadicArk fan has been working well for your setup, especially the low power draw, quiet operation, remote control, and low-profile fit for parking structures.
One note on the install: the AirPlus is designed differently than a MaxxFan and does not use or include an interior sleeve. The fan is rated for a maximum roof thickness of about 3 1/8'. By comparison, a MaxxFan 7500K includes a sleeve-style interior garnish that can accommodate a thicker roof/headliner stack, up to about 6'.
