It's never been easier to add a roof deck to your adventure van.

Designed specifically for the Promaster Stealth+ Roof Rack, these deck brackets mount directly to the crossbars with included hardware. They are designed to be used with nominal 2x4 and 2x6 lumber so that the decking will sit flush with the top edge of our promaster rack. Combine with our Flush Mount Solar Brackets to create a completely flush roof profile that reduces drag and potential shading on solar panels.

Tips for determining how many deck brackets are needed:

3x brackets stretch the full width of one Stealth+ Crossbar*
Brackets should be placed everywhere a crossbar supports decking material. (Example: To create a full-width, full-length deck platform on a 159" Stealth+ Rack with no solar, no fans, and no air-conditioners, you would need 5 sets of these deck brackets.)

Please request a CAD-verified roof layout for help determining the correct number of brackets needed for your roof configuration.

Do the top of the promaster deck brackets sit flush with the top of the 80/20 crossbars or do they sit raised above and if so by how much?

They sit slightly above the top of the crossbars so when you mount dimensional 2x4 or 2x6 lumbar, the top of the boards sit flush with the top edges of the roof rack. Not if using a composite decking like AZEK PVC the deck boards will sit slightly lower than the edge of the rack as those boards are only 1" thick.

Great product. Used daily in my build— ac fan solar….

So far so good. Installed on my Sportsmobile converted dodge promaster. Waiting for the rain to see how it does in wet conditions. Once I figured out how to install it was VERY easy. Only ask would be more details on initial installation process since I wasn't sure exactly where to place the track. Once I got it installed and put the fly in the track it was so easy. Excited for how this will work on my pop-top van.

Love it! I researched a lot before deciding on Orion. I just think their design out looks all the others. This is functional, solid, and easy install. Customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions. I didn’t build my van, I bought it already done. Solar panel and all, I was able to move the solar panel to a better location using their solar panel brackets, I’ll easily add some decking following their recommendations of what decking product to use, and be able to store items I don’t want in the van. Love supporting a local Oregon business. Would recommend them to everyone. Oh and I got the rack with the lights. Totally recommend. The install was perfect and they really light up the night!
