Arrived Thursday and installed that day. Just as advertised, works great over the weekend. I had revel with an electric awning with no way to adjust the pitch which means it just looks kool with no shades. the only thing I would suggest - the awning itself is little loose so when there is slight wind the whole awning flaps around...

These are so much better than the average straps!! They lock and keep the board tight and safe in the board hooks!!!

WOW! I'm not a reviewer normally, but as a professional who deals with details and servicing the needs of others, I simply felt compelled to write about my experience with them. I'm converting a Sprinter van. I've dealt with numerous vendors and ordered an abundance of stuff. However, the way the ENTIRE process was handled by the gang at Orion put all others to shame. I'm not sure if Steve and Matt are engineers or Customer Service pros by trade, but their attention to EVERY detail is amazing. They worked with me to identify MY needs and desires to provide me the choices that would best meet my needs. After several communications, I purchased several things from them and then the magic became apparent. Their follow up was amazing. Moreover, when I received the packages that came from them, the detail was notices immediately. The exterior packaging was a protective packaging and edge guards so the internal packaging could not get damaged in handling in any way. Once through the protective packaging, inside was a complete set of Stealth + roof rack components. However, EACH piece was individually protected, then secured together in a fashion that there could be no possible marring/damage during shipping. When I got to the actual hardware, each set of nuts, washers, bolts, etc. were segregated by size and color and purpose and contained in individually packaged bags and marked accordingly. In addition, each of the rack pieces was individually labeled so there could be no confusion about following the instructions. Then there was the instructions. Anyone can follow the detailed instructions that are augmented by descriptive photos.
I must admit, at first, I was a little concerned about the price. I'm so used to hearing vendors claim to be the best, I just assume they are all alike and therefore the best price wins. I was so very wrong. These guys are not the same, they are the best. Once I realized the time they saved me by being so attentive to detail, I was absolutely I got the very best product for the very best price. Then there was the shipping. They didn't even add on any shipping. This is by itself several hundred dollars with the other companies I was considering. I can go on and on but I think it best to just say, Steve and Matt didn't sell me a roof rack, the made a lifetime happy customer who only deals with top notch professionals. Give them a try. I'm certain your experience will be just like mine.

Thank you for the excellent design of your board hooks. We started out with one pair and soon found that we needed two pair. They hold our 13’ Stand Up Paddle Board and 9’6” Long Board safely at freeway speeds and on bumpy roads getting to our favorite water retreats. I really like how you can fold them flat when they are not in use. Thanks again. Matt and Michelle

I purchased and install an Orion Roof Rack on my 2023 Ford Transit Trail. My immediate impression was that it was a well made quality product. The installation was very straight forward and everything lined up perfectly with the exception of 2 holes on the Transit that did not perfectly line up. Tin snips easily resolved the problem without having to deal with metal shavings. The end result is, the Van now looks edgy, stealthy and amazing! I would highly recommend! Thank you Orion for making such a high quality product!

I’m very pleased with the performance of this set up. My van was in deep shade until after 9 AM this morning and I still captured almost 100 AH. Boondocking game changer!

I wanted to replace the vent in my 2021 Lance trailer with a fan and Maxxair was a cost-effective option, especially with an integrated hood. Because it doesn't open as high as a traditional fan, it is fast from closed to open to close. The remote works well for my wife who is shorter and everything is well constructed. It's a really nice addition to our trailer and now I can use it to bring air in and use the other as exhaust for great circulation. The existing vent, only a few years old, was already yellowed and broke into pieces as I removed it. The small bathroom fan is next, which is a 14x14 opening, but a puny little fan. May just do a replacement insert if I can find a compatible one.

I called and told them what I needed on my roof and they set it up in solid works and got back to me with a plan, then sent out the rack and panels with every last nut, bolt and bracket needed, perfectly labeled in individual packets to complete the job. It took me about 10 hours on my own. I'm very impressed with the build quality of the rack, it is very solid and the fit and finish is excellent. Good work guys.

What a well engineered kit to add an extra 350 watts to my Solis Pocket roof plus a few more from part of my old solar panels exposure. They couldn’t have made adding solar any easier. Well done!

This awning is perfect for shading the side of my Promaster 1500. Easy to roll out, compact when rolled up, love the canopy color too. 10/10

These brackets mount easily to the ORION roof rack and made hanging my Fiamma awning a breeze. Great engineering.

Looking for a refresh of the factory installed rack and solar I explored all the options and settled on Orion for the sharp clean look and stellar reviews. Went with Sprinter Stealth rack, deck panels and walkable solar. Fully installed and all I can say is that was a great decision. As repeated many times in these reviews the products are solid, fit is amazing and customer service outstanding. Did a bit of DIY to add 3-color HardKorr camping lights on the side of the rack and mount Starlink gen 3 — the 8020 crossbars made Starlink mount a breeze. They were even able to source some H-channels for me to make a more seamless surface between the solar panels. Throughout the process their encouragement and support felt like this was a partnership. The reason I gave 4 stars, is because one of the packages came damaged and was missing some hardware. With that said everything else was great. Everything was labeled and separated. The material is strong. And customer service was amazing! Definitely will buy more products from this company

Just finished installing the Stealth+ roof rack Promaster 159 Solis edition on our Winnebago Solis NPF. It required moving the solar input box and removing the roof access box that were in the way. I only have one word: wow! First the packaging is top notch and everything is so well protected and labeled that it is really easy to locate everything needed. The quality of the parts is perfect and the instructions are really clear. It does fit perfectly and is really solid. I would definitely recommend this roof rack to anyone. Note that the Solis edition is slightly longer to clear the AC unit that is factory installed. I also pre assembled the back deflector as it would have been more complex to do as per the instructions because of AC unit. Next step is to add solar panels.

Learned about this product from watching expedition on prime tv. After researching the product I decided their recommendation had merit. I was not disappointed. From order to delivery everything was done quickly and professionally. Installation instructions were easy to follow and the rack was installed in two days. I was working solo. Only hiccup I had was a couple of screws were missing, not sure if I lost them or it was a packaging issue, but the Orion staff immediately sent me replacements. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a roof rack

I love the Rack and Panels but unfortunately, I ordered some wrong size panels that would not work how I wanted it with my walkable solar panels. Orion was great about this and helped me get the correct panels and gave me a refund. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for van gear.

Not sure if I reviewed this rack yet or not. I've been reviewing so many items for this van build I've lost track! If you are planning on buying a roof rack for your Promaster van build, this is what you want. Sure you could [attempt to] make one yourself as I was originally thinking, but you would never achieve the quality and look of this awesome rack! Yes, it's expensive. In defense of that, it's SOLID and beautiful! I truly believe this rack will outlast the van (and probably me as well). Honestly, I can't say enough good stuff about the rack or Orion. I had a question about the installation and got an email reply the same day--and it was a Sunday! These guys truly care about what they do and they do it very well. This is my second van build and the first didn't have a rack. If I should happen to build another van, this rack will be on the procurement list, 100%. My setup is 600W Renogy solar (6x100w panels) with 2 Maxxair vent fans. The look is the setup that's essentially the picture that's with this item on the webpage. The guys at Orion emailed me a cad drawing confirming the fit prior to purchase and the fit is 'like a glove'. This rack allows me to add 50% additional solar as compared to my previous van build. While the stock 170W panel is enough to keep your house batteries topped up in good conditions w/ the just the fridge on while the van is parked in the driveway, it will not keep up with active use while boondocking for multiple days. With this set up I have been able to park and live/work in my Pocket 36A for 5 days (running fridge, Truma heater, lights, audio equipment, laptop, phone, WeBoost) in mixed wether without my house batteries becoming a concern. In light of other options that would allow me this flexibility, this package got me there very easily and relatively inexpensively in that I had already added the rack to mount my ladder, Fiamma 45s awning, and WeBoost Drive Reach overland antenna. The folks at Orion have been great to work with all along the way… quality products backed by top shelf customer service. Thank you!

The panels work great and I have yet to plug in to shore power. I have left the battery heaters on and the power takes care of the battery’s first thing in the morning. I have only been on one trip. Ran all power and never was below 550w in the morning.

Through four seasons and ~6 months of travel, completely happy and no complaints. Have barely had to tension hardware after traveling through blazing deserts and Teton winter.

There are so many different ways to use it, it looks great, and hasn't scuffed much or faded in the sun.

I added the awning later but wished I just did it at the beginning.

The ladder/pole/fairing don't whistle at all on my van. Clearing snow off if it in winter is pretty easy with the ladder.

I've seen no downside. It opens up tons of possibilities on how to configure your setup. I'm always eyeing the other racks out there and still think this one looks the best.
