This hatch also pairs with an optional spoiler, only recommended if your hatch is mounted at the front of your vehicle's roof, and not behind a rack, solar panel or other windbreak. The fiberglass spoiler is laminated with smooth white acrylic, and mounted with 3M high-strength tape and rivets.

INSTALLATION:

  • Roof Compatibility: Fits roof thicknesses from 30-69mm with an optional Expansion ring for roofs 70-84mm.
  • Optional Spoiler: An optional fiberglass spoiler is available for front-mounted installations to reduce wind resistance. (not needed if using a roof rack).
  • All roof hatches come with hardware for 84mm roofs. Screws must be cut to length before installation.
  • A completely flat frame must be created to support the hatch (for example, Impact Products makes an adapter for this skylight).
  • Roofs must be a minimum of 1-3/16” (30mm) thick. 
  • 1 Tube of Polyurethane Adhesive is recommended for installation.
  • If installation instructions are not followed correctly, the warranty will be void.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders that are canceled before fulfillment will be refunded in full, minus a 3% transaction fee.*
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
    *Due to Shopify policy changes, transaction fees on all purchases made after April 16th, 2021, are non-refundable.

Refund/Return Policy:

  • Purchases made at orionvangear.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Eligibility: All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories.
    • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • International Returns: We do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Mounted or used products are not eligible for return.
    • Customized items are not eligible for return.
  • If a returned product needs restoration to a new, resalable condition (e.g., repair, re-powder coating), the cost of restoration will be deducted from the refund in addition to the standard restocking fee.

  1. Contact us first: Call us at (971) 267-2552 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.
  2. Processing time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
  3. Refund confirmation: A refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
  4. Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
  5. RMA labeling: Clearly print your RMA number on the shipping label of your return.
