This ladder was created to work in nearly any situation. It can be mounted anywhere between the wheel wells so the top of the ladder can be placed to access a deck panel and doesn't leave you stranded on a solar panel or open area. This Sprinter Ladder can be mounted to a van without an Orion rack using our optional roof rail bracket. The standard version is designed to attach directly to the side of a Stealth+ Rack. The roof rail bracket version comes with the standard ladder plus a bracket that attaches to the OEM roof rail or to Vantech roof rails.

The ladder's unique design allows you to mount it in multiple locations on the driver's side, so whether you want it in the standard location (in front of the rear wheel) or farther forward, you aren't locked into a specific location. Ladders give quick and easy access to the roof area of your van. Cleaning solar panels, mounting gear, removing snow, and rooftop lounging all become easily accessible with the help of a side ladder.

The side ladder is made from 1.25” aluminum tubing in a two-piece design. The ladder follows the lines of the Sprinter to maximize its aesthetics and functionality. All the hardware for mounting to the Stealth+ Roof Rack System is included. The side ladder mounts to the pinch seam with a provided bracket at the bottom and into the Stealth+ Rack at the top. If mounting to a van without an Orion roof rack you'll also need the top roof rail bracket.

    Shipping & Returns

    Order Cancellation:

    • Orders that are canceled before fulfillment will be refunded in full, minus a 3% transaction fee.*
    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
      *Due to Shopify policy changes, transaction fees on all purchases made after April 16th, 2021, are non-refundable.

    Refund/Return Policy:

    • Purchases made at orionvangear.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
      • Eligibility: All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories.
      • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
      • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
    • International Returns: We do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
    • Non-returnable items:
      • Mounted or used products are not eligible for return.
      • Customized items are not eligible for return.
    • If a returned product needs restoration to a new, resalable condition (e.g., repair, re-powder coating), the cost of restoration will be deducted from the refund in addition to the standard restocking fee.

    • All electric/powered awning sales are final and non-refundable.
    • All Roam Cases and accessories sales are final and non-refundable.
    • All Nomadic Innovations sales are final and non-refundable.
    • Maxxair, Scanstrut, Kanulock products must be unopened to be eligible for return.

    Shipping Costs:

    • If you return an item that did not originally incur shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by Orion Van Gear will be deducted from your refund.

    Return Process:

    1. Contact us first: Call us at (971) 267-2552 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.
    2. Processing time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
    3. Refund confirmation: A refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
    4. Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
    5. RMA labeling: Clearly print your RMA number on the shipping label of your return.
