The Promaster Stealth+ Roof Rack is the most form-fitting and functional Promaster roof rack on the market. Each rack is proudly made in Oregon and backed by Orion's world-class customer service and a limited lifetime warranty. If you are looking for a premium roof rack that doesn't compromise, you've found it.
STEP 1: Select the wheelbase and roof height of your Promaster. (LR = Low Roof; HR = High Roof)
STEP 2: Select a crossbar/side rail color (black or silver). You can see the crossbar color through the side slots on either side. All racks are powder-coated black. Browse our image gallery and Customer Reviews below to get an idea of what each looks like.
STEP 3: Select a rear deflector option. (standard or upgraded w/ 2 flush scene lights + wiring harness)
STEP 4: Add desired Rack Accessories, including ladders, awnings, solar panels, deck brackets, solar brackets, board carriers, fans, air conditioners, power kits, lights, and more. Upon request and an additional fee, we can switch out the included 15s crossbars with 10s 2"x1" crossbars so you can use our modular Aluminum Deck Panels.
The Promaster Stealth+ Roof Rack offers durable, UV-resistant black powder-coated all-aluminum construction with fully adjustable aluminum crossbars. It ensures easy installation around accessories like Fans, AC Units, and Solar Panels, providing improved aerodynamics and privacy. When paired with Flush Solar Brackets and Flush Deck Brackets, you get a fully flush roof profile that enhances aerodynamics and provides 360-degree rooftop privacy. Add a Riser Bar Kit to add extra solar or storage over fans/ACs. External side slots allow easy access/attachment of awnings (like the Fiamma F45s), Ladders, Board Hooks/Poles, security cameras, and Lighting without drilling or removing any items from the roof. Our optional rear deflector upgrade includes 2 flush-mounted scene lights + wiring harness angled toward the ground for security and night assistance when backing up.

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states on all products. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international destinations may have additional shipping charges calculated at checkout or quoted separately. Great A/C so far, combined with DIYVan roof adapter, able to make it sit flush with ceiling on inside of the van. On a 170EXT, I opted for (2) of the 48v mini A/C to separate front and back. Combined with the 5kwh Ecoflow system, I can run both AC all night off battery power only. I'm happy with them, and Orion is always a huge help in answering questions and support.
This roof rack is a Cadillac. Clear, well written instructions in full English. I wanted a rack that could fit 600 watts of solar, a rooftop AC and a max air fan. Steve helped me last the design out and chose panels. The goal was to fit two 200w panels in North/South orientation by the wind deflector, AC and maxxair fan in the big bay aft of the c pillar rib and a third 200w panel by the rear deflector.
This rack has more usable interior space than any other rack I could find, especially in the East/West measurement. It is rock solid, only weighs 80lbs and looks great.
It is one of the more expensive racks out there but for my build it was money well spent. I like supporting American companies that make nice things and this is a very nice thing.

Really appreciate you taking the time to write this and share the details of your setup. That layout you described is exactly the type of planning we try to make possible with these racks. Being able to fit solar, ventilation, and AC without wasting roof space is a big part of the design. Glad the CAD layout helped you land on a configuration that worked. We just installed a Stealth+ on our 2026 High Roof Transit. So glad to have an option that works with the new shark fin antenna location in the '26 model year. Another advantage of the Stealth+ rack is that its usable area is wider and longer than other racks. That, along with the Orion team's help in providing CAD layouts was SUPER helpful in thinking through our roof layout and how to fit 600W of solar along with a vent fan and Starlink Mini.
