Fully Adjustable Crossbars, Lightweight, Upgradable, Quiet, Strong, Aerodynamic, Durable, and Easy to Install. We tested hundreds of iterations of this roof rack system to get an ultra form-fitting design that resulted in the best-looking and most functional Sprinter roof rack on the market. Every rack is proudly made in Oregon with the highest quality components and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. This rack is longer and wider than most Sprinter racks allowing you to fit bigger solar panels, add a modular roof deck, fit large AC units/fans, and ultimately build your van the way you want with no limitations. For example, two of Renogy's 200-watt solar panels fit side to side inside the width of our rack. This means on a 170wb you can easily fit 800 watts flush with the top edge of the rack and still have a fan or AC unit or max out your roof with 975 watts. The adjustability of the Stealth+ rack comes from its all-aluminum 10-Series 8020 crossbars. Easily slide crossbars forwards or backward to any position you wish by simply loosening a few bolts. This makes it easy to install the rack around pre-existing or planned MaxxAir Fans, AC Units, Solar Panels, etc. This rack features laser-cut formed aluminum side panels and fairings (both front & rear) that hide all roof accessories from any parking lot peepers below while giving the rack its strength and aesthetics.

At 5.4" tall, the height is lower than most racks on the market but just tall enough to have bolt-on compatibility with Fiamma's F45 Awnings. This allows you to easily mount flush mount solar panels, deck panels, and other rooftop gear. The slots in the side rails make it easy to strap down items like surfboards and kayaks on top of the rack. The wide footprint of 53.875" (usable inside space) allows you to mount lots of different Roof Top Tents (RTT’s) and larger solar panel options compared with other racks. All Stealth+ models are finished with a premium UV-resistant black powder coating and include premium stainless steel hardware that won't rust.

Our Sprinter Roof Rack features all-aluminum construction which makes it 30% lighter than a steel rack without sacrificing strength and improving durability. A lighter rack increases the amount of cargo you can carry on the roof, makes your van more stable at freeway speeds, and even boosts fuel economy when compared with a steel or gapped aluminum rack.

The Stealth+ Sprinter Roof Rack is compatible with a long list of Rack Accessories** that are detailed and linked below. The possibilities are truly endless! It comes with everything needed for an Easy DIY install including a step-by-step installation guide, toolkit, and premium drop-in-and-twist track nuts that mount directly to the OEM Sprinter roof rails. No cutting, drilling, or crane is needed for installation!  Unlock your van's true potential with the Sprinter Stealth+ Roof Rack! Please contact us if you have any questions. We are here to help you anytime via live chat, email, or phone.

Great DIY roof rack!

My husband and I are just starting out our first van build and installed this rack today! Instructions were easy to follow and as complete newbies reading instructions for the first time today it took us about 4 hours, with my husband doing a lot himself while I worked on something else intermittently.

Absolutely stellar roof rack!

I researched so many roof racks... and I mean SO many, ranging from budget to $6k+ options on the market. This rack was 100% the right decision for our Sprinter build. Incredibly easy to install, top-quality material, and thoughtful design. You can tell this was made for real, outdoor, rugged use. It took just a few hours to install (with 2 people) and it's solid after 2000+ miles on the road. If you're looking to get a rack that holds up and isn't the price of a new car, then get this one.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to write this review. You are giving us van envy over here! Great job on the build. We are thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience with our roof rack and that it exceeded your expectations in terms of quality and ease of installation. We take pride in creating products that are made to withstand rugged use, and we are glad to see that it has held up well for you. We appreciate your support and are glad to have been able to meet your needs. If you have any questions or need any assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Best regards, Team Orion

Stealth Roof Rack

The sleek look and versatility of the Orion Stealth rack make it ideal for my Sprinter. I like that they use 80/20 components as it makes it easy to attach what I need or reconfigure the rack.

Roof Rack

The roof rack and solar panels were easily installed a good design for something that is not one piece. The awning was a little aggravating because of the shape of the van.

Sprinter 3500XD 4x4 with Orion Van Gear roof rack and Fiama F45S Awning

I have a 2022 3500XD 4x4 170 standard length that installed the Orion Van Gear roof rack with the Fiama F45S awning. I received my shipments withing the lead times quoted. The Fiama awning I believe was a direct shipment. One of the rails was bent in transit. I called Orion and no problem they had a replacement sent out. We laid everything out in the shipment, printed the instructions and began the install. The instructions are good. The couple times we made errors was because I misread or skipped a step. The roof rack is very high quality, good paint and precision cuts. The awning appears to be of high quality as well. Very high level of customer service as well!

Orion Roof Rack

Originally, I was not going to install a roof rack due to weight, cost, difficulty to install, or not suitable for my large solar panel. Then I found this Orion Rack and knew it would be perfect on my 170 Sprinter. While it would have been faster with a second person, I was able to install the rack by myself because it comes in multiple pieces. Each piece is installed separately and then joined to the others with heavy-duty brackets. Very solid! Fit and finish were precise -- all holes lined up exactly which was greatly appreciated. Instructions were clear. Looks great -- I couldn't be happier with the end result.
Finally, I need to complement the guys at Orion. I asked several questions about the rack during installation, and they answered super fast each time!

Every Sprinter needs this rack!

Lightweight, quiet and seamlessly follows the lines of the Sprinter! It's evident that this rack was meticulously designed for this vehicle and is not a 'one-size-fits-all' kind of a deal. Sprinters are lucky to have this as an option! Can't wait to dress it up with solar and a roof top oasis!
