STEP 1: Select the wheelbase and roof height of your Promaster. (LR = Low Roof; HR = High Roof)

STEP 2: Select a crossbar/side rail color (black or silver). You can see the crossbar color through the side slots on either side. All racks are powder-coated black. Browse our image gallery and Customer Reviews below to get an idea of what each looks like.

STEP 3: Select a rear deflector option. (standard or upgraded w/ 2 flush scene lights + wiring harness)

STEP 4: Add desired Rack Accessories, including ladders, awnings, solar panels, deck brackets, solar brackets, board carriers, fans, air conditioners, power kits, lights, and more. Upon request + an additional fee, we can switch out the included 15s crossbars with 10s 2"x1" crossbars so you can use our modular Aluminum Deck Panels.

The Promaster Stealth+ Roof Rack offers durable, UV-resistant black powder-coated all-aluminum construction with fully adjustable aluminum crossbars. It ensures easy installation around accessories like Fans, AC Units, and Solar Panels, providing improved aerodynamics and privacy. When paired with Flush Solar Brackets and Flush Deck Brackets, you get a fully flush roof profile that enhances aerodynamics and provides 360-degree rooftop privacy. Add a Riser Bar Kit to add extra solar or storage over fans/ACs. External side slots allow easy access/attachment of awnings (like the Fiamma F45s), Ladders, Board Hooks/Poles, security cameras, and Lighting without drilling or removing any items from the roof. Our optional rear deflector upgrade includes 2 flush-mounted scene lights + wiring harness angled toward the ground for security and night assistance when backing up.

Awesome Rack

This rack, custom designed for Promaster is perfect. Easy to install with super clear video and print directions. Orion was super helpful all the way thru my build and helped me design the solar array to maximise space. I love the low profile design that allows you to securely and easily mount the panels flush with the top of the rack so they are not visible from the ground. My friend who has had panels stolen from his van roof is quite envious… He also turned me on to my EcoFlow power kit which after a couple teething issues I love. Matt was also super helpful helping me get the minor start up issues resolved. Quality products from quality people - can’t recommend Orion highly enough.

Looks Great and Straight forward install

The Rack looks amazing when installed. Took a long time to put together, but the instructions were amazing and easy to follow. Once installed it is extremely strong and solid.

Great customer service

I called and told them what I needed on my roof and they set it up in solid works and got back to me with a plan, then sent out the rack and panels with every last nut, bolt and bracket needed, perfectly labeled in individual packets to complete the job. It took me about 10 hours on my own. I'm very impressed with the build quality of the rack, it is very solid and the fit and finish is excellent. Good work guys.

The reason I gave 4 stars, is because one of the packages came damaged and was missing some hardware. With that said everything else was great. Everything was labeled and separated. The material is strong. And customer service was amazing! Definitely will buy more products from this company

Camper roof rack

Learned about this product from watching expedition on prime tv. After researching the product I decided their recommendation had merit. I was not disappointed. From order to delivery everything was done quickly and professionally. Installation instructions were easy to follow and the rack was installed in two days. I was working solo. Only hiccup I had was a couple of screws were missing, not sure if I lost them or it was a packaging issue, but the Orion staff immediately sent me replacements. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a roof rack

Worth every penny!

Not sure if I reviewed this rack yet or not. I've been reviewing so many items for this van build I've lost track! If you are planning on buying a roof rack for your Promaster van build, this is what you want. Sure you could [attempt to] make one yourself as I was originally thinking, but you would never achieve the quality and look of this awesome rack! Yes, it's expensive. In defense of that, it's SOLID and beautiful! I truly believe this rack will outlast the van (and probably me as well). Honestly, I can't say enough good stuff about the rack or Orion. I had a question about the installation and got an email reply the same day--and it was a Sunday! These guys truly care about what they do and they do it very well. This is my second van build and the first didn't have a rack. If I should happen to build another van, this rack will be on the procurement list, 100%. My setup is 600W Renogy solar (6x100w panels) with 2 Maxxair vent fans. The look is the setup that's essentially the picture that's with this item on the webpage. The guys at Orion emailed me a cad drawing confirming the fit prior to purchase and the fit is 'like a glove'. This rack allows me to add 50% additional solar as compared to my previous van build. This is the roof rack to own without a doubt!

I installed the roof rack on my 2021 Ram Promaster. It was easy to install and looked incredible. Really transformed the look of my van and created an easy install for my solar. I sold that van and am now looking to build out another van and will be installing another Orion roof rack for sure!

Great side ladder for Ford Transit! We've got a 2023 Ford Transit 350 High Roof XL AWD with the Orion Van Gear Stealth rack and just installed the side ladder to go with it. It fits nicely with the side profile of the van and has been rock solid on two road trips so far. If you've got a roof rack and need an easy way to climb up to it, this is a great fit.

Great roof rack for Transit! We've been rocking the Stealth Roof Rack on our 2023 Ford Transit 350 High Roof XL AWD for a year now and it's been excellent. No noise, vibration, wind drag and it's designed nicely to snug up against the roofline. We ordered ours with the 2X scene (rear flood) lights and I highly recommend that. It's a nice easy way to shine some light on your loadouts and load-ins at night or while the sun is coming or going!

Stoked to hear the Stealth rack has been treating you well and staying quiet even after a year of use. The rear scene lights are a great call, super handy for night load-ins and early mornings. Appreciate you sharing the feedback.

Great rack for my 2023 Ford Transit 350 High Roof XL AWD! Have had it on for a year now and have no noise, vibration or wind drag issues. It's solid and nicely designed to lay flat against the roofline.

I am adding an extra battery to my system. The Ecofliw has been a great system. This will double the capacity. It was very easy to adopt and it is working flawlessly. Shipping was quick and I didn’t have any issues.

I had no issues with the installation of this fan. I was removing a Maxxair fixed vent unit in my car trailer and the opening was 14¼" x 14¼". An opening any larger and **** down the new unit would have been difficult. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the IR beam on the remote control is very narrow and has to be pointing directly at the unit in order to operate - I was hoping to use the remote while it was seated in the wall holder near the door, but no big deal.

I questioned ordering from Orion Van Gear but they had good reviews so I gave it a try. I ordered a Maxxair 00-07500K vent fan, they had it at a very good price. I received it in a week, the part was what I ordered and in good shape. I would recommend Orion Van Gear, if they have something I need, I would use them again. I won't Install the fan until spring (it's December now) so I can't give a review on how the fan works.

As advertised, straight forward install. Seems expensive, but it is way more stout than a strip of LED lights that goes on with adhesive. Slides into existing groove so there's no way its coming loose.
