POWER KIT VARIANTS:

Choose between three variants of the EcoFlow 15kWh Power Kit:

  • Get Set Kit: 1x Power Hub, 3x 5 kWh LFP Batteries, 1x Cable Pack
  • Prepared Kit: Includes everything in the Get Set Kit plus 1x AC / DC Smart Distribution Panel and 1x Battery Mounting Strap.
  • Independence Kit: Includes everything in the Prepared Kit plus 1x Power Kit Console.

EcoFlow has designed a compact, scalable power system that consists of 4 components:

  • EcoFlow Power Hub: This includes a 3600W pure sine inverter-charger with max AC output of a whopping 7200W, dual MPPT solar charge controllers, a DC/DC converter, DC/DC battery charger, and plug-in input/output ports for solar, alternator, battery and generator charging.
  • EcoFlow Power Kit Console: A 7" full-color LCD touchscreen for control and monitoring of all electrical system inputs and outputs. You can turn DC and AC inputs on and off, and monitor the remaining battery capacity.
  • EcoFlow AC/DC Distribution Panel: The 3-component panel is designed for 6 AC circuits and 12 DC circuits. It has a transparent exterior faceplate, a removable interior face panel, and a deep connection box with knockouts and WAGO-style circuit connectors.
  • EcoFlow Battery: The 48-volt lithium EcoFlow batteries are long-life lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, which have an operating temperature from -4 F to 122 F because of their built-in auto heating. The EcoFlow 15 kWh Power Kit has three 5 kWh batteries.

An EcoFlow Power Kit is a plug-and-play off-grid power solution. It comes with all the cables you'll need to connect these components and your charging sources. Most of the cables are 15 feet long, solar and alternator charging cables are 20 feet long, and battery cables are typically 5 or 8 feet long.

Shipping & Returns

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders that are canceled before fulfillment will be refunded in full, minus a 3% transaction fee.*
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
    *Due to Shopify policy changes, transaction fees on all purchases made after April 16th, 2021, are non-refundable.

Refund/Return Policy:

  • Purchases made at orionvangear.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Eligibility: All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories.
    • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • International Returns: We do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Mounted or used products are not eligible for return.
    • Customized items are not eligible for return.
  • If a returned product needs restoration to a new, resalable condition (e.g., repair, re-powder coating), the cost of restoration will be deducted from the refund in addition to the standard restocking fee.

  • All electric/powered awning sales are final and non-refundable.
  • All Roam Cases and accessories sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Maxxair, Scanstrut, Kanulock products must be unopened to be eligible for return.

Shipping Costs:

  • If you return an item that did not originally incur shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by Orion Van Gear will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us first: Call us at (971) 267-2552 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.
  2. Processing time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
  3. Refund confirmation: A refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
  4. Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
  5. RMA labeling: Clearly print your RMA number on the shipping label of your return.
