We currently ship to destinations in the contiguous 48 states and *Canada. If you are outside that area please call or e-mail us as it may be possible.
*You, the buyer, are responsible for any tariff (HST/GST), duty, taxes, VAT, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.
If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs.
Cancel and Refunds
In Stock item: If you want to cancel your order, please contact us before your order is shipped, we will process the refunds ASAP. Once we shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
Due to the Shopify Policy changes, the transaction fees will not be refundable after April 16th 2021.
Orion Van Gear is committed to delivering exceptional products at a great price. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
In the rare case that you are not happy with our product, you can return it within 15 days of delivery*. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be based on merchantability. Scratched or damaged product may need to be repaired, stripped and re-powder coated. The cost of restoring the product to an acceptable condition is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. Returns are accepted with a 8% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund total after the product has been returned and inspected.
All shipping costs will be deducted from refunds if a product is returned, including shipping costs incurred by Orion Van Gear on items that ship for free.

Please allow 5-7 days for the funds to be added back to your card or Paypal account after Orion has inspected the return shipment.
Note: Contact customer service for authorization before returning any product. We may have the ability to arrange for pick up and forwarding directly to another customer and save unnecessary freight charges.
*Group Buy Policy
- The estimated date of delivery is just that - an estimate. Delays and setbacks may occur.
- We are unable to cancel any group buy order once it has ended. This means there are no refunds on group buy orders once the group buy ends.
- If you purchased a Group Buy product, you are agreeing to the above terms.
