Shipping policy

 Acceptance and Inspection:

  • Inspection: Upon receipt, the purchaser must open the package, inspect the products, and report any unseen damage to Orion Van Gear within 10 business days by email.
  • Damage Documentation: If your package is damaged, you must document the damage at the time of delivery with the delivery person and take photographs (including the shipping label and all six sides of the box).
  • Non-Reported Damage: Any shipping damage not reported within 10 business days of delivery will be deemed “accepted as is” and will not be eligible for coverage.
  • Verification & Claims: Orion Van Gear may require claim verification via a secure link provided to the purchaser. In cases where the product is deemed unrepairable, proof of destruction may be required before a claim is approved. Each case is handled individually.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • USA: Free Shipping to the lower 48 states.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Additional charges may apply.
  • Canada: Additional charges may apply.
  • Europe: Additional charges may apply.

If you are outside these areas, please call or email us - it may still be possible to arrange shipping.

Local Pickup (Oregon Location)

If you choose to do a Local Pickup at our McMinnville, Oregon warehouse:

  • Pickup appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
    • Please email us two preferred days and times (between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday), and we’ll confirm which works best to meet you at the warehouse and ensure your items are ready.
  • Orders must be picked up within 60 days of purchase.
  • After 60 days, Orion Van Gear reserves the right to charge a storage fee equal to 25% of the product price per month.
  • If the order is not picked up within 6 months of purchase date, the items will be considered abandoned, and you forfeit any right to the product, refund, or compensation.
  • If you request to have it shipped before the 6-month period is over, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to your location, plus any applicable storage or handling fees described above.

International Shipping:

International buyers are responsible for any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, VAT, handling fees, or customs clearance charges required by their country for import.
We do not collect these charges in advance and cannot provide exact estimates since they vary by destination.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and pay all applicable import costs. Please contact your local customs or postal office for details before placing an order.
