Ordered a T250 MR Rack, solar panels, and deck as a package hoping everything would work together properly. CAD drawing were helpful confirming layout and installation locations. Hardware quality is great and components fit my van perfectly.
The instructions are really good and support was quick to answer my questions. I was able to do the install solo with no problems. It looks great, has good aerodynamics, and doesn't add any noticeable wind noise at speed.I am very happy with the results!

We ordered the roof rack, deck panels, walkable solar panels, lights on all four sides, all fasteners and cable accessories and a Maxxair fan from Orion. EVERYTHING was of the highest quality and their customer support and service was exceptional! From doing the CAD design to calculating what parts we would need they were awesome.

The Orion Solis Pocket roof rack & ladder is made with the highest quality. Im very pleased with the overall fit & function of this package.

The rack support lot of cool stuff on the van. We installed the new 400 watts solar panels on the roof plus the ladder. We got to install the lights for the back from other vendor as we couldn't use the one from Orion Gear on Solis Pocket. WeBoost was add on the crossbar get a better reception. We had to replace bolts from WeBoost to fit on the rack.

This roof rack was the best investment in our van build journey. It will hold our solar panels and our deck. The stealth design makes it so you won't be able to see everything, unless you are looking at it from above. We have tested it out on multiple van trips - in our not completed van conversion lol - and we have gotten alot of asks on where we got this product.

The installation was super easy and the instructions were clear and well designed. We even got a personalized note in our package from Steve and Matt.

We can't wait to show the finished product with our solar panels and roof deck added to it.

Thank you for the excellent design of your board hooks. We started out with one pair and soon found that we needed two pair. They hold our 13’ Stand Up Paddle Board and 9’6” Long Board safely at freeway speeds and on bumpy roads getting to our favorite water retreats. I purchased and install an Orion Roof Rack on my 2023 Ford Transit Trail. My immediate impression was that it was a well made quality product. The installation was very straight forward and everything lined up perfectly with the exception of 2 holes on the Transit that did not perfectly line up. Tin snips easily resolved the problem without having to deal with metal shavings. The end result is, the Van now looks edgy, stealthy and amazing! I would highly recommend! Thank you Orion for making such a high quality product!

I called and told them what I needed on my roof and they set it up in solid works and got back to me with a plan, then sent out the rack and panels with every last nut, bolt and bracket needed, perfectly labeled in individual packets to complete the job. It took me about 10 hours on my own. I'm very impressed with the build quality of the rack, it is very solid and the fit and finish is excellent. Good work guys.

This awning is perfect for shading the side of my Promaster 1500. Easy to roll out, compact when rolled up, love the canopy color too. 10/10

Looking for a refresh of the factory installed rack and solar I explored all the options and settled on Orion for the sharp clean look and stellar reviews. Went with Sprinter Stealth rack, deck panels and walkable solar. Fully installed and all I can say is that was a great decision. As repeated many times in these reviews the products are solid, fit is amazing and customer service outstanding. Did a bit of DIY to add 3-color HardKorr camping lights on the side of the rack and mount Starlink gen 3 — the 8020 crossbars made Starlink mount a breeze. They were even able to source some H-channels for me to make a more seamless surface between the solar panels. Throughout the process their encouragement and support felt like this was a partnership. Just finished installing the Stealth+ roof rack Promaster 159 Solis edition on our Winnebago Solis NPF. It required moving the solar input box and removing the roof access box that were in the way. I only have one word: wow! First the packaging is top notch and everything is so well protected and labeled that it is really easy to locate everything needed. The quality of the parts is perfect and the instructions are really clear. It does fit perfectly and is really solid. I would definitely recommend this roof rack to anyone. Note that the Solis edition is slightly longer to clear the AC unit that is factory installed. I also pre assembled the back deflector as it would have been more complex to do as per the instructions because of AC unit. Next step is to add solar panels.

Not sure if I reviewed this rack yet or not. I've been reviewing so many items for this van build I've lost track! If you are planning on buying a roof rack for your Promaster van build, this is what you want. Sure you could [attempt to] make one yourself as I was originally thinking, but you would never achieve the quality and look of this awesome rack! Yes, it's expensive. In defense of that, it's SOLID and beautiful! I truly believe this rack will outlast the van (and probably me as well). Honestly, I can't say enough good stuff about the rack or Orion. I had a question about the installation and got an email reply the same day--and it was a Sunday! These guys truly care about what they do and they do it very well. This is my second van build and the first didn't have a rack. If I should happen to build another van, this rack will be on the procurement list, 100%. My setup is 600W Renogy solar (6x100w panels) with 2 Maxxair vent fans. The look is the setup that's essentially the picture that's with this item on the webpage. The guys at Orion emailed me a cad drawing confirming the fit prior to purchase and the fit is 'like a glove'. This rack allows me to add 50% additional solar as compared to my previous van build. Wrote a previous review about the install process and design. Checking in after a year of heavy use.

Through four seasons and ~6 months of travel, completely happy and no complaints. Have barely had to tension hardware after traveling through blazing deserts and Teton winter.

There are so many different ways to use it, it looks great, and hasn't scuffed much or faded in the sun.

I added the awning later but wished I just did it at the beginning.

The ladder/pole/fairing don't whistle at all on my van. Clearing snow off if it in winter is pretty easy with the ladder.

I've seen no downside. It opens up tons of possibilities on how to configure your setup. I'm always eyeing the other racks out there and still think this one looks the best.

With one simple random question to a company i stumbled upon...Orion....i now have my dream surf racks i never realized i could have. With pictures and measurements they put together a plan for me. I could not be happier.
Starting with adaptors, brackets, custom rails, and finishing with 2 surf poles and surf hooks. All shipped to me at home and easily installed. Fitting perfect.

I purchased the wheel wrap ladder. It pairs well with the stealth rack and was easy to install. Customer service was great to work with now. I have access to my solar panels and it also looks very nice so it’s a win-win.
